
What is a pre-order
and how do I place one?
Pre-order allows customers to place
orders for new and highly sought after items. Because these items are so
popular, they are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. While we
make every effort to deliver the item as promised, pre-orders are sometimes
subject to manufacturer delays and under-shipments. In the event of a problem,
we will notify you immediately via e-mail.
When
will my pre-order arrive?
We'll do our best to ship your pre-order
on or as close to as possible to the product's release date (based on
when the manufacturer makes the product available). All pre-ordered products
are shipped using an expedited service. Orders shipped using this method
will arrive between 2-4 business days from the time they are shipped,
depending on geographic location. In the event that a manufacturer changes
a release date after you have placed your order, you will be notified
via e-mail.
How
am I billed for pre-orders?
You will not be charged for your pre-ordered
item until it has been shipped from our warehouse. Your credit card number
is taken during the Checkout process so that we can reserve the pre-ordered
item for you.

do I cancel my pre-order?
If you decide to cancel your pre-order, please
e-mail us.
What
are the shipping policies for pre-order items?
Our goal is to make sure your pre-ordered
item gets to you promptly after it has been released by the manufacturer.
For this reason, we only offer one shipping option.
How
do we calculate shipping charges?
To make shipping fair and affordable, we
calculate shipping charges based on the size and weight of the items you're
